BiZMEET is a free video conferencing App that is designed to provide almost instant video conference meeting setup for groups of co-workers, friends or associates. Mobile users can set up and manage meetings directly from their devices. Invited persons can join the meetings on mobile devices if they have installed the App, or from a web browser on a computer or mobile device. All browsers except Apples Safari are supported. If you want to join a meeting on an iOS device, you can do so using the App available on the Apple App Store.
Meetings can be immediate (NOW option), or can be scheduled minutes in advance -- eg: 10 minutes time, or can be scheduled for a date and time in the future.
Meetings can also be scheduled to repeat automatically on a periodic basis -- daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.
Meetings can be rescheduled or cancelled -- all invitees are automatically notified of changes.
You can add invitees to a meeting that is ongoing, or to one that has been scheduled.
Invitees can be manually entered (you need to provide their email addresses so they can be sent an invitation) -- or they can be added through a lookup in your contacts list.
If you dont recognize the name of someone who invites you to a meeting, you can block that person so that they are not able to bother you again. If you make a mistake in blocking someone, you can unblock them at any time. You can also see who has blocked you from sending an invite in case they did so by mistake, in which case you can request that they unblock you.
You can have multiple meetings running at the same time and enter/exit any of them at will.
This can be useful if you are managing multiple groups.
You can name groups of users and then select those groups for a meeting from your groups list. You can add multiple groups at a time. Duplicated invitees are automatically removed.
You can use this App on multiple devices -- the meetings are synced between devices. You can even use the mobile app for tow different devices at the same time for the same user -- the meeting info will sync between the two.
BiZMEET uses WebRTC, enabling users to get connected via the largest video-conferencing platform there is.
